- Q/ Do you charge a call out fee ?
- Answer - Yes, for emergency calls we do. The cost depends on the time of day as we offer 24 hour cover 365 days
a year where it is possible to do so.

Do you charge for quotations.
- Answer -
Domestic quotes. Some small quotes can be done over the phone as an estimate. If we need to call out to the premises
then a small charge will be made to cover costs / normally about £10.00 - If the job to be done is above £500.00
then the £10.00 is refunded on payment of work carried out.
- In a commercial project the costs are covered in the quotation or estimate given to the buyer.
- Q/ Is your work guaranteed ?
- Answer - Yes, for a period of 12 months from date of full payment. This applies
to all labour and fitting, with the parts supplied by AWG PIPEWORK carrying whatever the manufacturer offers.
All parts supplied by our customers are only covered for the fitting and any fault on parts rectified by ourselves
will be chargeable in full.
- Q / Are you insured
?
- Answer - Yes, we are insured - £2,000000
( two million pounds sterling ) Public liability insurance cover, which can be increased to £5m for commercial work
where required.
- Q/ Are you Gas Safe Qualified.
- Answer - Yes, We have qualified people available to
do gas pipework / boilers etc; as required by our customers.

- No, not usually, but sometimes
a fuel charge for distance will be applied.
